Lead of the project proposal team for Measurement Solutions. I balance workload and provide technical support, to help the team deliver a consistently high level of customer service throughout the enquiry, quotation and order entry process. My team utilise the wide range of Emerson measurement products (pressure, temperature, level, flow, liquid & analytical), to serve a large variety of engineering industries depending on their individual needs. I encourage effective collaboration with our customers, project management and implementation teams to ensure all contractual obligations are met throughout the project cycle.
