My career started with a simple inspiration: watching my dad serve as a government civilian for over 30 years, dedicated to supporting our military and veterans.I am from Brooklyn, but my family moved to the Jersey Shore when my Dad transferred to Fort Monmouth. He missed a lot of family moments because of work travel, but as I got older, I understood the mission he served. That shaped everything. His commitment inspired me to build my own career in federal consulting, where I could contribute to something bigger than myself.I\'ve supported multibillion-dollar programs across the Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense. I\'ve worked on program management, competitive intelligence, automating PMO workflows, and worked with ETSS teams to build dashboards that help leaders make smarter decisions. My role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and data. I take complex information and turn it into something useful. I streamline processes, manage risk, and make sure teams have what they need to deliver.I love finding new ways to solve problems, whether that means designing a tracking tool, refining a proposal process, or mentoring someone through challenges. I lead by staying positive, sharing ideas, and encouraging others to take ownership.
