During my time at Progress Housing Group, the repairs service improved significantly, including increased right-first-time repairs, generating savings of over £500k per year, and increased customer and colleague satisfaction.Before joining Progress Housing Group, I spent 6 years leading Irwell Valley’s in-house maintenance company, Adamas, where I grew the business from a turnover of £2m to over £8m and reinvested profits of over £2m back into the parent company.In addition to my more than 10 years in repairs and maintenance, I have extensive experience in customer services, housing management/neighbourhoods, and developing communities, going beyond housing in support of customers.Key skills include customer engagement, colleague development, collaborative working, building positive relationships, transformational change, corporate and financial planning, budget control, health and safety, governance and risk, compliance, new business start-up, and delivering efficient and effective services.
