A high-performing revenue leader, she brings a long history of over-attainment, strategic growth planning, and cross-departmental execution.With a proven background in global B2B SaaS and new-logo acquisition, Catherine is known for building high-impact teams and driving go-to-market strategies that deliver clear, measurable results. She is trained in the SPI sales methodology and blends data-driven decision making with deep experience in the education and nonprofit sectors.Catherine has extensive expertise supporting Higher Ed and K–12 Independent Schools in optimizing their technology stack to boost engagement, conversion, and retention. She has significant experience with Veracross, Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT, Financial Edge NXT, Education Management solutions, Merchant Services, and Target Analytics.Prior to UBIQ, Catherine built an award-winning career at Blackbaud with several top distinctions, including: Legends Club for surpassing $5M+ in sales, President’s Club (2018 & 2019), the K–12 Account Executive Rising Star Award (2019), and Associate Account Executive of the Year (2018).She is passionate about advancing women in sales, the evolution of EdTech, Independent Schools, and the role of AI in education.
