Working closely with our clients throughout the entire process – from design, to purchase, to delivery – ensuring we provide the ideal solutions for each and every customer. Our range of solutions include High Pressure Laminates, Decorative Boards and Furniture Components ideal for use in in-store interiors, colour-matching, made-to-order finished products, and in-house design and product manufacture. My responsibilities include:* Manage and coordinate all marketing and advertising activities.* Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.* Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.* Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products * Expand and Develop marketing & CRM platforms * Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects * Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results * Deliver Marketing activity within agreed budget * Report on return on investment and key performance metrics * Develop pricing strategies * Monitor industry best practices & Implementation * Manage Marketing and Customer Service Team * Oversee sales team reporting and CRM activity
