After working in the construction industry for over 20 years, I decided to take the plunge and jump to the other side of the fence and start my own property development business. My business model is to buy, renovate, refinance, and then let out the Properties. I am looking to extend the properties to maximise my equity. I have found the perfect house to kick-start my new career. I plan to turn this into a 5-bedroom house by extending the footprint by adding a 12.5m x 4m extension. I am responsible for sourcing properties, designing the renovations and build-on extensions, liaising with planning and building control, sourcing materials, and managing labour while getting my hands dirty.
