Conduct diverse consumer research and market assessments. Analyze and present detailed analyses of the Ingredion portfolio and market trends/evaluations. Lead research projects and ensure that research projects were delivered by the deadline. Collaborate, interview and manage partnerships with external research agencies to add 2 more partners to the list of external agencies we use to run large studies Convert data into insights while working cross-functiontionally to provide strategic reports that are used to leverage data sources resulting in the identification of commercial insights Make recommendations to internal and external partners to discover new opportunities based on the understanding of internal data, market categories and study recommendations. Utilize storytelling strategies to help partners understand reports in order to make recommendations and uncover potential opportunities Run primary research studies through the DIY platform and 3rd party vendors. Develop learning plans while managing and creating the 2023 budget for the largest grossing revenue sector in Ingredion, North America. Handling all Insights Requests for North America and completing them in a timely manner. Working with cross-functional teams to make sure that Insights requests are received in a timely manner and are properly understood by the requester. Spearheads conversations around the GLINT surveys to ensure and develop employee career satisfaction resulting in less turnover and more team collaboration. Interviewed potential partners for the new DIY survey platform which brought in in a new partnership with one of the top platforms in the world and an opportunity to expand the partnership globally. Maintains a professional and thorough thought process while weighing all options and priorities of the business when it comes to vendor, platform and research initiative selection
