I lead the development and implementation of social sustainability and gender strategies and interventions in World Bank investment projects, including as part of Climate Investment Funds (CIF). Gender lead for integrating transformative gender and social inclusion dimensions in Investment Project Financing, Technical Assistance, and Policy Financing (e.g, digital transformation for women economic empowerment, leadership, human endowments, access to assets). Responsible for promoting WB work stream on key emerging nexuses such gender and climate change across sectors, digital developmnet, gender and Just Transition, green entrepreneurship, gender and climate finance. Lead projects supporting governments to adopt gender standards/commitments (for example EU Gender acquis-standards, legal, policy, institutional framework). Lead work on gender and social inclusion across development sectors: energy, transportation, water, agriculture, governance, climate resilience, employment/entrepreneurship/assets, climate finance, climate leadership, etc. Responsible for incorporating the concept of intersectionality (compounded vulnerabilities based on disability, migration, forced displacement, age, ethnicity, etc.) across all interventions and strategies. Contribute to social sustainability of investment projects when it comes to resettlement, indigenous people, and labor considerations. Advice the World Bank, client governments, and private sector on socially sustainable interventions in development projects throughout the project life cycle. Also lead global projects on human endowment/capital (i.e, resilience, socio-emotional or \'human\' capabilities) so that people can reach their potential regardless of their social environments. Led WB projects on Emotional Resilience for vulnerable categories as part of developing human capital. Am a key note speaker and bestselling co-author \"The Road to Success\" vol 2. on social sustainability and women empowerment.
