During my second summer with Hearst Television, I had the opportunity to join the media sales team at WPBF 25 in West Palm Beach, expanding my experience into a new geographic market. I am grateful for the chance to further develop my skills in media sales, marketing research, and digital advertising, working directly with both OTT and traditional broadcast platforms. My responsibilities included cold calling, supporting client outreach strategies, and presenting campaign insights to both internal teams and prospective advertisers. I gained practical, hands-on experience in digital ad operations and cross-platform sales planning, which significantly enhanced my industry knowledge. Most importantly, I’m thankful for the professional mentorship and supportive environment that helped me grow in coachability, confidence, and business communication.
