Katie is an Audit Analytics Manager in Risk Advisory with a focus on Internal Audit analytics. She has over 4 years’ experience of providing analytics support to a wide ranging portfolio. Key responsibilities include- Performing planning, designing, and testing of key audit risks using analytics approach tailored to each individual client in a variety of industries- Audit analytics work using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to provide an array of audit testing, such as reconciliations of financial statements and re-performance of controls- Working directly with clients and audit teams to gain comprehensive understanding of client industry and perform analytics testing fit for providing assurance over key audit risks; and- Managing a team to perform detailed testing using SQL, Tableau, and SAP Connectors (a Deloitte developed data extraction tool). Katie works closely with clients and audit teams to align with their objective and uses technology to analyse key risk areas.
