Responsible for working with external auditors as part of recertification and surveillance audits.• Research, booking and renewal of subcontractor and staff training.• Face fit testing• Selection and purchase of compatible PPE• Completing CITB levy returns and submitting grant requests for training and apprentices.• Completion of client’s health, safety, quality and environmental PQQ forms.

ABOUT CATHERINE HAYES
I began working in Construction as a PA/Administrator for Avis Group. This position gave me an opportunity to develop my skills in purchasing, document control and the administration side of project management. Continuing to work for Avis Group, I have moved into the role of a Health, Safety and Compliance Manager. My work involves maintaining accreditations and management of the H&S needs of a multi-trade construction organisation. Since taking this role, I have completed my NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety and in February 2024 I was recognised as a Chartered Member of IOSH.
