ABOUT CATHERINE GOSSELIN-DESPRES
I am a seasoned Senior Executive who has been working in high-performance sport and Games nationally and internationally for over two decades. My varied experiences in National Sport Organizations, Multi Sport Organizations and leading teams at Major Games like the Paralympic Games and Olympic Games have provided me with deep knowledge and understanding on how to manage and support multi faceted teams, perform under pressure while delivering at a high level with focus on healthy culture of excellence keeping wellness, health and well-being. I also love to contribute to other organizations outside of my work so I can contribute in a different way towards the community, broaden my network, learn from others, and apply different learnings from different sectors and make connection to keep continuous improvement in people and in organizations. I also have a passion for governance and well governed organizations and have had my learnings in governance through various courses and trainings but also experience as a board member and committee member.
