   I help people to love their home again! People have pains: a food prep area with their backs to guests, too little or inaccessible storage, an out-dated bathroom or kitchen, not enough square footage for their growing family. Basically, Ann Arbor is a great place to live, but homes are small, out of date and could function better. We start with a thorough assessment of the home and our clients\' goals. We come to understand our homeowners\' decision-making process, the level of service they are looking for and the budget they are targeting. If we are a good fit, a design agreement is signed. We provide excellent communication, scheduling, and a premium fit and finish. Our projects range from master baths to kitchens to large-scale renovation projects to custom home builds. In my role as project coordinator, I balance budget expectations with project scope, maintaining timelines and moving design clients into build contracts. Throughout the build and warranty phase, I maintain regular communication to make sure client expectations are met and the project flows smoothly. Listening is my specialty!
