   As an HR Generalist, I reporting directly to the Vice President, HR of North America. I manage a wide range of HR activities, supporting employees and leaders across multiple countries and regions. My role covers the full employee lifecycle, compliance, and global projects, ensuring both business needs and employee experience are met. Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations- Lead end-to-end processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and leave management (parental, medical, etc.)- Manage relocations, international transfers, payroll transitions, and visa applications- Prepare and review contracts, handbooks, and HR documentation for accuracy and compliance. Compliance & Risk Management- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations (vacation, overtime, benefits, payroll, health & safety)- Partner with legal advisors on complex cases to mitigate risk and protect the organization- Support HR audits, labor inspections, and compliance-related projects. Employee Relations & Engagement- Advise and support employees and managers on HR policies, systems, and processes- Partner with Employee Relations on sensitive cases, including leading meetings and documenting outcomes- Assist in initiatives related to training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement. HR Systems & Analytics- Provide guidance on HRIS usage and generate standard reports (turnover, benefits, etc.)- Support data-driven HR decision-making through reporting and insights. Leadership & Collaboration- Mentor, train HR team members, and manage direct reports- Collaborate with the global HR team to align with company-wide goals and initiatives- Contribute to meetings with Workers’ Representatives and cross-regional HR projects.
