Engaged to deliver the Image Clearing System (ICS) Workstation rollout. ICS is an industry wide initiative to phase out the processing of paper cheques and move to a faster digital process. Responsibilities include:• Roll out ICS workstations across two sites - the Live service being at Northampton and a DR service at a second location, at 100 percent of Live • Liaise with technical teams to schedule and monitor delivery - across networks, infrastructure cabling and patching, PC build and installs and end-user testing• Determine the scope through liaising with stakeholders and business owners, i.e. high street Banks e.g. Barclays, Lloyds and HSBC to understand and agree business priorities • Manage Stakeholder expectations• Create the scope statement, determine and agree the budget required to deliver the service• Management of third party suppliers/vendors Required considerable wider engagement across the organisaton, liaising with business unit leaders and technical teams, to ensure that communication on progress was maintained
