ABOUT CATHERINE CUNNINGHAM
As both a social worker and a fitness professional, I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to supporting individuals in achieving their goals. At Massachusetts General Hospital’s Down Syndrome Program, I provide compassionate advocacy for individuals with Down syndrome and their families, working within a multidisciplinary team to address medical, educational, and psychosocial needs. Similarly, in my work as a personal trainer and wellness coach, I blend habit-based strategies with behavior change techniques to promote lasting progress, offering both personalized guidance and the motivating energy of group fitness.
