Catherine has earned a strong reputation over the years by holding numerous key positions with Fortune 500 Company\'s and Nonprofits. As the Executive Director of the Workforce Diversity Network of the Black Hills, she is proud to have taken Rapid City, to #3 in the Nation, in employment of individuals with disabilities. She has been sought out by numerous publications and organizations as a subject matter expert. in 2018 she was named Outstanding Citizen of South Dakota by Governor Daugaard She has built territories from the ground up. Providing Project Management related to business development, branding, media buying, public relations and grass roots marketing, physician relations, patient care and compliance. Industries include Retail, Casinos,Gaming, Tourism, Respiratory Centers, Nonprofits, Hospice and Long-term Care. Catherine has a extensive knowledge of criteria for patient evaluation, including cardiac and respiratory conditions in relationship to prescribing sleep studies, and respiratory oxygen. Patient criteria for entrance to hospice, long-term care and rehab. An in depth knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare. She was responsible for making sure all new centers she set up were compliant and able to achieve CHAPS certification and accreditation. Nonprofit experience ~ founder of WINGS a domestic violence shelter in New Mexico, and Bikers for Babies in Colorado. She has served as the President and Chaired numerous nonprofits ~ Chamber President, Denver Ambassadors ~ Govonor Rommers Advisory Board. President of Health and Human Services. Catherine currently is appointed by the Govonor as President of the Board of SBVI and is serving on the Board of SILC, Chairs the Mayors Committee, and past State Board of NFB and Director Zonta of BH. Catherine began her career in Broadcasting She was the Operations Director for the First live concert at the Sturgis Bike Rally with Stepenwolf and the Media Relations Director for Sturgis 1987 ~ 2008.
