I lead the design and delivery of large‑scale education and professional learning programmes, with a particular focus on national delivery, curriculum and learning strategy, and complex programme management.In my current role, I lead subject and programme activity across national initial teacher development pathways, including the design and delivery of curriculum and professional learning for early‑career teachers. A significant part of my role involves project leadership for Teach First’s Summer Institute — a multi‑million‑pound, high‑stakes national programme — where I coordinate multiple project leads and workstreams to ensure effective planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.My work sits at the intersection of programme delivery, people leadership, and learning strategy. I have extensive experience- Leading multidisciplinary teams and senior project leads- Designing coherent learning pathways across early‑career and professional development programmes- Managing delivery risk, stakeholder complexity, and operational scale- Translating learning strategy into practical, high‑quality delivery in complex systemsI hold a First Class degree in History, a PGCE, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and I\'m particularly interested in roles that combine strategic ownership with real‑world delivery and impact.I\'m motivated by work that values clarity, rigour, and thoughtful leadership — especially in organisations delivering learning, development, or public‑facing programmes at scale.
