I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2023 with a dual bachelor’s degree in Sociology and History and a minor in Business Foundations. My interdisciplinary education and passion for helping people grow and succeed inspired me to pursue a career in Human Resources and talent acquisition.I began my HR career at Eagle Eye Networks, the global leader in cloud video surveillance, where I had the opportunity to grow professionally over the past two years. I started as an HR Coordinator/Recruiter, gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions and full-cycle recruitment. I was promoted to Lead HR Coordinator, which allowed me to take on greater responsibility, including training and mentoring new team members.Currently, I am a People and Talent Operations Specialist at LumApps, where I support both People Operations and Talent Acquisition initiatives by helping drive efficient hiring processes, supporting employee lifecycle operations, and contributing to programs that enhance employee experience and engagement. I’m passionate about work that supports people, strengthens company culture, and enables organizations to grow through thoughtful and strategic HR practices.
