I am an international development professional with 12 years’ experience in business development, recruitment, and human resources. I have led new business and recruitment efforts for opportunities funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI), and the U.S. State Department. In my role at DT Global, I support new business efforts from capture planning through to proposal submission, with a particular focus on the conflict prevention, stabilization, and transition sector. I coordinate capture and proposal management, provide technical writing support, represent DT Global at business development related events, and participate in every aspect of the BD cycle. I speak fluent Spanish.
