Lead the Development Cooperation Directorate’s work on governance, accountable, and effective institutions, including its programs of work political and economic governance (ODA and autocratisation, ODA to public interest media and digitalisation, climate change adaptation governance) including Illicit finance and development.* Design and implement GovtNet work programme;* Manage and foster relationships with GovtNet delegates, partner countries, networks and organisations (including G7 and G20 country partners, AUC, EU, FATF, UN agencies, IFIs);* Lead evidence-based policy analysis and research, communication, dissemination and implementation of policy recommendations on governance in development.* Fundraising to ensure sustainable financing of the network’s activities. Prior to adopting Team Lead Assignment in Dec 2016, I was Policy Adviser on a collaborative Policy Dialogue on Natural Resource Based Development led by the OECD\'s Development Centre, focusing particularly on equity in contract negotiations and effective resource revenue mobilization.
