Client relationship and trust are the fundaments of success. Along the journey we undergo all phases of anger, depression and joy. The best part is seeing the change in attitude from being depressed about not hitting the numbers to loving it and being successful. As well as how the sales attitude positively influences all their general interactions. Motivating them is my greatest skill but seeing them successfully implementing it is the best feeling.
