Working with various clients (not always listed for obvious reasons!) to improve IT service delivery and IT service management. Advising a global software provider on service management excellence for their customers. This involved all aspects of people, process and technology for a 12 month period.Interim Director of Technology - BHF - Transformation of a busy operations department through process re-design, new teams and a focus on outputs. Led a tender for new ERP/Retail managment system support contract; introduced asset management; improved vendor management and processes relying on 3rd parties; tackled poor performance and embedded ITIL thereby increasing the maturity of the department; service design and transition changes, resulting in smoother project to BAU lifecycle; tender for and implementation of a new ITSM Enterprise system.External IT advisor - UK Parliament - providing advice and rigour to a number of strategic IT programmes.
