About Tim Peterson
I am an accounting professional by degree but my passion is Talent Management. I have spent over half of my career in the corporate recruiting and talent management space. I have recruited for accounting and finance professionals throughout the United States into our professional development programs. In addition to accounting and finance talent, my team was responsible for providing analytics talent into our Analytics & Innovation Division at Caterpillar. I currently have gone back to my roots and taken a role utilizing my accounting/audit knowledge. Just shows what great long-term career opportunities exist at a place like Caterpillar!In addition I continue to develop our compliance program in the business units I have supported at Caterpillar. Compliance is not everyone\'s favorite topic, but building the partnership with the business is key to success for all!
