Key Accomplishments with Alkermes:• Developed a reactive deck to educate providers on the key features of long-acting injectable medications, leading the development team from inception to approval over 10 months• Established a recurring training seminar to facilitate best practice sharing amongst medical affairs colleagues with 20 – 30 bi-monthly attendees• Selected out of 25 medical science liaisons to speak on behalf of the MSL team at a company-wide launch meeting following the approval of Lybalvi• Organized a 2 day in-person regional team meeting focused on developing and refining the non-technical skills necessary for success in the pharmaceutical industry
