As Senior Officer, Strategy & Implementation for the Design, Analyze, Communicate (DAC) team at the Gates Foundation, I manage team operations and partner with teams across the foundation. My work experience includes leading programs as well as managing operations functions, both as an independent consultant and as part of a team. At Panorama Global, a platform for social impact, I worked across the organization and my roles included leading the HR and IT functions, creating a successful fiscal sponsorship program that continues to grow and thrive, and playing a critical role in the creation of two large philanthropic funds. In previous roles at the Gates Foundation I worked in the Global Policy & Advocacy division and in operations, supporting strategy reviews, grant making, and change management.
