I help people and organisations flourish, whether that’s through purpose-driven books, lived experience insights, or leadership and team development.As Author & Publishing Director at Ink 2 Think Press, I create journals, planners and workbooks that spark clarity, confidence and meaningful action. My first title, Flourishing Founder Focus, is a 90-day planner for solo entrepreneurs. More books are on the way, each designed for entrepreneurs and leaders at key points in their journey, blending clarity, intention and emotional intelligence.Alongside publishing, I work with organisations to understand the real lived experience of their people. I run confidential forums and 1-1 interviews to uncover insights on leadership culture, gender balance and what’s getting in the way of excellence. These insights help leaders address barriers, strengthen trust and create environments where people and performance thrive.With over 20 years in senior leadership and six years running Attain Coaching, I bring a mix of commercial acumen, coaching expertise and a genuine curiosity about people.
