ABOUT CATE CRAWFORD
I’m Cate Crawford, an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where I work in AI Automation & Cognitive Solutions within the Cloud, Engineering, Data & Analytics (CEDA) platform. I recently graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a double major in Business Analytics and English. My academic journey is driven by a passion for bridging the gap between business and technology and a love for storytelling. Data, in its raw form, is just numbers - what excites me is telling its story to drive impactful business decisions. My previous professional experiences at Visa, where I worked on data authentication, and at Tassat, where I contributed to a strategic pivot from day one, strengthened my ability to approach complex problems and use data to drive meaningful change. I also collaborated with G-Dustbin, an ND McCloskey startup developing smart waste management systems, which deepened my appreciation for how technology can catalyze positive change and innovation. Growing up around horses taught me the value of hard work and resilience, shaping my approach to challenges. This perspective drives my commitment to creating inclusive environments through volunteering at Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center and Best Buddies, where I support individuals with disabilities. Driven by curiosity and problem-solving, I\'m eager to use my skills to create positive change!
