About Cat Corchado
After serving 20 years in the US Air Force, my passion for veterans led me to WoVeN - Women Veterans Network. I have worked with all women veterans through WoVeN since 2017. The goal is to help female veterans connect with other female veterans throughout the world. I have been a podcast host for Sisters-in-Service for over two years and we feature all veterans, military spouses, military brats and VSOs but specifically women where they speak on the good, the bad and the ugly while serving active duty and as veterans. I have been in the fitness industry for over37 years with specialties in personal training, Pilates, and as a Cancer Exercise Specialist. I will help you increase your body awareness and your physical strength while helping you re-discover their fabulosity! My passion for veterans led me to WoVeN - Women Veterans Network. The goal is to help female veterans connect with other female veterans throughout the world. I also have a podcast called Sisters-in-Service so I hope you will follow me through my podcast journey.
