If you\'d like to read that resume in brief, from VC-backed startups to national nonprofits to leading consultancies, it is spent the first 15 years of my career helping healthcare organizations identify and grow what works. My experience spans operations, strategic partnerships, cross-functional implementations, and product-minded delivery- At 25m Health, I was brought on to lead the launch of a health-system–integrated brick-and-mortar wellness business. In just seven months we transformed a pre-contract conceptual model into a fully operational clinic, demonstrating both strong consumer appetite and a myriad of health system benefits (diversified revenue streams, strengthened brand positioning, and meaningful re-engagement of healthy midlife patients.)- Prior to that, I spent nearly four years at Stellar Health, helping grow the company from its first 20 employees in Series A to over 200 colleagues celebrating our successful Series C. I was promoted to lead the account management function as the org scaled from $2M to $25M+ ARR, delivering measurable performance improvement for major payers and providers across their Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial VBC contracts- I held two early roles at Cedar, starting as Director of Account Management before launching and scaling a new customer implementation function- I served as Director of Healthcare Strategy at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, leading national performance improvement and clinic transformation efforts - all during a time of deep political + operational complexity- I began my career in Deloitte’s Healthcare Provider practice - a foundational experience supporting academic medical centers and large systems through care redesign and cost transformation initiatives.
