Hey, I’m Cat… I’m the Co-Founder/COO of WOOF Social and the COO at IPSA (Independent Professional Seed Association). Basically, I split my time between helping independent seed companies grow stronger together and helping brands stop posting boring content that no one remembers. Quick facts: I’m excessively organized (color-coded spreadsheets are my love language), slightly sarcastic, and fueled by equal parts coffee and big ideas. I love turning chaos into systems that actually work and showing businesses how to thrive without all the corporate fluff. At WOOF Social, I get to team up with my bestie to build no-BS marketing strategies that make people laugh, think, and actually convert. At IPSA, I work alongside some of the sharpest independent seed leaders in the country - bringing innovation, collaboration, and just enough disruption to keep agriculture moving forward. My superpower? Taking a big, messy pile of “what ifs” and turning it into a clear, get-it-done plan that delivers results (and probably a few laughs along the way).
