As a dedicated Paralegal at Birmingham City Council, I am passionate about supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services that make a tangible impact on the community. My current role focuses on housing disrepair cases and anti social behaviour matters. My role involves ensuring that properties meet the required legal standards in respect to housing disrepair. As for antisocial behaviour my role involves dealing with possessions, nuisances, domestic violence, street cruisers. From drafting legal documents to negotiating settlements, I handle all aspects of my cases with precision and care, always striving for fair and successful outcomes. I am experienced in liaising with clients, solicitors, ensuring effective communication and efficient case progression. My ability to balance multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail has been key to delivering successful results within tight deadlines. I am eager to continue building my expertise in housing law and beyond, with aspirations of broadening my legal knowledge and contributing to meaningful outcomes for individuals and communities.
