About Catarina Baldizon
I’m a passionate public health student with a focus on healthcare administration, community health, and health equity. My academic and professional journey has been driven by a deep commitment to improving healthcare access for underserved communities, especially low-income immigrant families. As a Latina woman, I’m especially motivated to bring more cultural awareness and inclusivity into the healthcare system. Currently, I’m looking to gain more experience in healthcare administration, nonprofit operations, and culturally competent care. I’m especially interested in how health systems in the U.S. are addressing chronic illness, food insecurity, and preventative care.Let’s connect if you’re passionate about public health, community-based solutions, or creating a more equitable healthcare system!
