Social Sustainability and Inclusion Global Practice – Latin America and the Caribbean• Provide strategic guidance and advice on the GBV work in the LAC. • Identify GBV entry points in the projects\' preparation and implementation in the LAC region and provide technical support to incorporate and implement GBV components and activities in the projects. • Support the implementation of the GBV action plan for LAC.• Produce strategic knowledge management materials on GBV for the region.• Support the inclusion of GBV issues in the country\'s strategic plans and systematic country diagnoses.• Liaise with other WB units to coordinate the planning and implementation of GBV activities. • Support the sexual exploitation and abuse and sexual harassment mitigation work on the region (risk assessment and implementation of mitigation measures in projects in the region).Gender Group – Gender Tag Team• Carry out gender tag assessment of approved projects applying the gender tag methodology and including detailed comments to task teams on the assessment. • Provide informal upstream review of projects for potential for the gender tag including sharing good practice examples and identifying potential entry points to close gender gap in projects.• Lead the design and content development of the Gender Tag Good Practices Online Tool featuring selected good practice projects. • Continuously monitor and identify potential material for knowledge-sharing and learning and advise the team on appropriate products and supporting platforms.
