Finance Talent development delivery Ø Supported the delivery of key Finance development programmes, coordinating venues, diaries, travel and subsistence to ensure everything ran smoothly. Ø Worked closely with HRBPs and People Partners on nominations and cohort planning, supporting balanced and thoughtful participant selection. Ø Acted as a go to point of contact for participants, stakeholders and external partners, providing support, updates and quick problem solving throughout delivery.
