Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to purchase order and delivery- Manage the RFQ process by preparing, issuing, and evaluating quotations to ensure competitive and compliant sourcing decisions- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost savings and value for money- Draft, review, and manage Master Service Agreements with key suppliers to ensure clarity, compliance, and long-term value- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships- Expedite delivery of goods and manage SAP work cycles to resolve delays and ensure continuity of supply- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to support project and operational requirements.
