Most of my energy goes into figuring out how AI agents change the way we work.Early adopter, heavy builder. I run multiple teams delivering the website commerce experience at THG - and in parallel, I\'ve been building AI into everything I can get my hands on: shopping assistants, LLM-powered personalisation, enterprise search with RAG, workflow automations, and Claude Code wired into our ways of working. The Vertex AI ecosystem is home.At THG I run Supercharged Engineering sessions and I\'ve been part of the push to make AI native to how our developers work. Outside of work, I stay up experimenting with coding agents, keeping on top of what\'s moving fast, then share what actually works — both with my teams and with friends across law, data analysis, and procurement who I\'ve been getting hands-on with AI.Planning on launching a series of AI sessions soon - bring a real problem and we\'ll see how AI can help solve it.
