Serve as the Planning and Development Services Business Workflow Analyst for the EnerGov system which handles the department\'s permits, plan reviews, licensing, and code compliance. I create workflow processes in the department\'s ERP system and develop/Maintain reports for management and other staff. Analyze processes to evaluate and recommend methods to continuously improve procedures, services, and systems. Conduct workflow analysis and develop and maintains SQL reports designed to aid in management of procedures, services, and systems including Crystal Reports. Provide IT support/information systems assistance to staff and aid in problem resolution. Test and implement new versions and current systems and keep servers up to date. Produce procedural and system documentation, manuals, forms and supporting materials. Provide training and user documentation to new and current staff.
