Serving as Director of Texas since 2019, have organized more than 150 activist schools across Texas to training over 5,230 conservatives on how to emerge as leaders and win both in terms of policy and at the ballot box. Heavy emphasis has been placed on teaching and organizing trainings on Candidate and Campaign Management Schools, Grassroots Organization, Legislative Training, Schoolboard and Municipal Activism, and Hispanic Outreach.In the 2024 Texas Elections alone, a total of 258 LI graduates ran in county, state, and federal races. 163 were elected to office (a 64% win rate).
