Accountant with a passion for numbers and a hard work ethic. In the last 10 years, my accounting history consists of full cycle bookkeeping, AR/AP, analytics, managing SGA accounts, and staff accountant experience doing bank account reconciliations, for various sized organizations. Obtained an MBA with a concentration in Leadership and Finance, from Florida Southern College’s AACSB accredited program in 2013. Additionally, earned a Six Sigma White Belt and Yellow Belt from AIGPE in 2021, currently working on Green Belt. Best described as friendly, loyal, and easy to work with. Assist the Cash Team in month-end close tasks, including but not limited to, creating journal entries for reclasses or accruals, journal entries for multi-currency Checkout / American Express credit card fees, and maintaining a cost center to present to the Chief Accounting Officer. Daily use of Blackline, Oracle, and Excel to reconcile more than 65 bank accounts in various currencies every month. Regularly work cross-departmentally to clear outstanding items, AP payments, etc. Complete audits and ad hoc projects as requested, all while maintaining a 30 day bank account reconciliations deadline.
