ABOUT CATHERINE BLISSETT
Hi Lovely! I’m Cat - a relationship + life coach who works with couples and individuals. After my first 5 years of coaching, in which I coached hundreds of people, between the ages of 18 and 81, on every topic you can imagine, I realised there was one thing I enjoyed coaching on more than anything… Relationships. So, over the last year and a half, I’ve been coaching individuals and couples in love to help them improve their relationships, alongside continuing my life coaching practice. Think: communication, careers, dreams and ambitions, parenting styles, finances, work/life balance, housework, big milestones, family, intimacy and sex… etc etc. It all finds its way into sessions when needed. I believe in keeping my coaching as accessible as I can, so I work on a mostly pay-as-you-go system, at the standard rate of £70 an hour.
