I have successfully led deal advisory, due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and statutory audits, with expertise in evaluating target companies, assessing risks, structuring transactions, and finalizing financial statements. Skilled in MIS reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management, I have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and enabling strategic decision-making.Experienced in managing multi-entity operations with international exposure across India, USA, Singapore, Dubai, and Colombia.Previously, I have worked on due diligence activities for private equity investors and strategic buyers across sectors like Education, Pharma and Healthcare, and Travel. My expertise includes analyzing key business drivers/revenue drivers, key expenses, key risk areas, and litigations including analyzing complex financial reports, analysis of various components of balance sheets and income statements to ascertain historical trends in revenue and costs, build-up of net assets, working capital cycle/ trends and levels of normalized working capital, etc, and identifying and analyzing operational and financial KPIs, preparing financial dashboards, data books, and final reports on engagements. I also led the initiative in setting up a new internal team for FDD, preparing standard templates and work paper formats for analysis. Before joining the transaction services and finance team at Startup, I worked with the statutory audit department for over 4 years where I gained exposure to audits of various listed clients along with financial statement analysis, internal controls, compliance, and audit procedures.
