   In this latest role I\'m responsible for the oversight, management, and coordination of CSG West\'s policy and international activities. I supervise, manage, and lead policy and international programs staff including the delegation of assignments and tasks, and direct multiple projects workflows and deadlines. I administer and provide overall direction of the organization\'s international activities including the Border Legislative Conference, the Border Legislative Academy, Canada Relations Committee and North America Summit while also serving as interlocutor with organizational partners to enhance policy and international program coordination. I make every effort to collaborate and coordinate with governmental and non-governmental stakeholders from the Western United States, as well as Mexico and Canada on a variety of policy topics to integrate regional/national policy objectives with state/federal officials, and to promote greater regional and North American cooperation. Finally, I serve as part of the organization\'s leadership team to provide support, insights, and strategic planning on CSG West programs, including but not limited to, the Executive Committee, Officers, other policy committees, organizational development and others as needed.
