ABOUT CASSY YORK

After spending 10+ years working in consulting and strategy in the emerging technologies space, I have returned to my alma mater as the career coach for full-time MBA students pursuing opportunities in Finance including Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Management, and Internal Strategy. I also am responsible for leading the Working Professional MBAs’ On Campus Recruiting Program. Prior to joining Goizueta, I worked at the forefront of emerging technologies (cloud, web, mobile, the Internet of Things, big data, and Over-the-Top TV) to identify and drive innovative solutions to increase revenue and market share. I work effectively at the juncture of business and technology with all levels of stakeholders to identify market and product growth opportunities and to drive decision-making across siloed, matrixed organizations. I am also passionate about people management and have taken fractured, under-performing teams and turned them into effective teams that deliver project scope on-time and on-budget. Specialties include digital strategy, business case development, pricing and promotions strategy, competitive and market assessments, marketing strategy, business process design, new product development/management, strategic program management, digital innovation, big data insights (light quant skills), SDLC and agile/scrum project management.
