Responsible for development, implementation, and execution of effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the company.• Oversee the complete recruitment process by sourcing new talent for the US location, communication with candidates, salary negotiations, preparing and presenting offer letters.• Oversee staffing agency partnerships, review and negotiate contracts, and evaluate agency candidate submissions.• Develop, implement, and execute company talent acquisition strategy.• Recruited for positions ranging from Associate level to Managerial level such as: Production Manager, Customer Service Rep, Production Technicians, Electromechanical Assemblers, Engineers, Clinical Specialists, Marketing Managers, Guardian Service Specialists, Human Resources, Sales, Accounting, Quality Control/Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.• Create and post content on the company\'s social media pages in collaboration with the MARCOM Department to enhance the company\'s employer brand.• Review job descriptions and create interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.• Support the Affirmative Action Program by maintaining the Recruitment Log and exporting applicant data from the ATS per position.• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, including staffing agencies and other community resources.• Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the organization as well as by developing outreach campaigns to ensure RWMIC positions are available and accessible to a diverse pool of candidates.• Register, create, and attend job fairs to attract qualified candidates.• Give presentations and attend meetings at local high schools & colleges to increase awareness of the company.• Initiate the onboarding process including background checks, employment verifications, and other activities.• Prepare and distribute internal employee communications with internal branding/marketing actions.
