About Cassius Singh
Having worked extensively in the outsourcing business for the last ten years, I’ve been exposed to work ethics of varied cultures and countries. I started with the basics of customer services and have over the years honed my skills in business development and operations management. This has taught me to create a well-balanced approach that is acceptable to the client as well as beneficial to the company. Before joining the corporate sector I worked with grassroots non-profits. Most of my work involved programme management and programme design. Since funding was usually scarce, I was also involved in fundraising activities. Both these experiences combined have helped me develop humanistic approaches to business development.
