About Ricky Cassini
Taking science out of the lab Hey there! I\'m Ricky, the CEO of Michroma. Deep-tech entrepreneuriship and a desire for a better future fuel my passion. Michroma was born to create innovative ingredients for consumers, the planet, and food companies.I\'m an entrepreneur at heart, having launched different ventures that aim to make a positive impact on the environment. I\'ve been honored as a Forbes 30 Under 30 (North America), an MIT Under 35 LATAM recipient, Stanford-LBAN Alumni and a Young Founder of the Westerwelle Foundation. I\'m also a proud graduate of Indiebio.Before starting Michroma in 2019, I wore many hats. I helped multinational companies navigate strategic challenges as a consultant and shared my knowledge with students as a professor of operations and logistics at Austral University.My background in business administration and industrial management gives me the tools to navigate the complexities of creating deep-tech startups.
