Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for residential and site-based habilitation programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities.Ensure services align with each individual’s Life Plan, IPoP, habilitation goals, and safeguards while promoting dignity, independence, and person-centered support.Support individuals with activities of daily living, personal care, hygiene, mobility, skill development, and community integration.Monitor behavioral supports and implement interventions in accordance with approved behavior plans and agency policy.Ensure compliance with health, safety, supervision, and documentation standards across home, work, and community settings.Supervision & StaffingSupervise Direct Support Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals through coaching, observation, feedback, and performance evaluations.Address staff performance concerns, misconduct, and disciplinary matters in collaboration with leadership and Human Resources.Orient, train, and support new staff, interns, and volunteers.Develop and maintain staffing schedules at least three weeks in advance and ensure required staffing coverage.Coordinate coverage for call-outs, RFLs, FML, and vacancies; assist with direct support coverage as needed.Serve as Administrator-On-Call on a rotating basis and provide on-site support during emergencies.Administration, Compliance & OperationEnsure accurate completion of daily notes, behavior documentation, incident reports, and billing records.Maintain IPoPs, fire evacuation plans, safety binders, and required program documentation.Participate in service plan meetings, staff meetings, audits, and internal and external surveys.Communicate program risks, concerns, and updates to agency leadership and interdisciplinary teams.Oversee medication protocols, medical appointments, dietary planning, personal allowances, purchasing, site safety, transportation compliance, and facility maintenance.
