With 20+ years of HR operations experience combined with certifications in teaching yoga and healing work, my unique and compassionate approach helps create a healthy and sustainable workplace. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, Jeff, our two children, Grier and Ellie, and our mini Aussie Labradoodle, Frankie.
