I’m a Talent Acquisition professional with experience spanning HR, recruiting, sourcing strategy, and leadership. I started my career as an HR Generalist, gaining a foundation in recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and training before moving into dedicated recruiting roles where I managed full-cycle hiring, developed pipelines, and mentored new recruiters.I went on to become the first Talent Partner in my organization, building the function from the ground up, creating scalable processes, and setting high expectations for sourcing strategy, data-driven insights, and candidate pipeline development.
